Images may NOT be used by a third party (sponsor / newspaper / magazine / website etc) without permission and the receipt of an additional commercial fee. Usage rights are controlled by me (the photographer), and may also be controlled by the event sponsor (PRCA, PBR, IPRA, etc.)
